a foul rain
in the gutter
swallowed down by the city
into the bowels of the earth
flowering like blood
through the soil
the red clay
the howling sun
the silent moon
endangered by
the boiling nothing
the last day
the final cough
the happy release
the rusted blood
the colored soil
the plastic bodies
the guilt of god
the yes and no
of bubbles
